PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — On Friday, flags will be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol in honor of former Representative Jack Billion.
The Democrat served in the South Dakota legislature from 1993 to 1996. He also ran for governor against Mike Rounds.
Billion died last Saturday, he was 83 years old.
His funeral is tomorrow in Sioux Falls.
