SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Two Sully County men are guilty of lying about their crops to get insurance money, but a federal jury decided that James and Levi Garrett didn’t commit all of the crimes they were accused of.

Together, the men faced nine counts of making false statements and fraud. The jury only found them guilty of three counts.

They committed the crimes in 2018 and 2019.
