Drug Task Force Helps Nebraska State Patrol Arrest Man Allegedly Bringing Meth To Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Law enforcement in Nebraska are being credited for stopping nearly three pounds of meth from reaching Sioux Falls.

Public Information officer Sam Clemens says the Drug Task Force had been investigating Tyler Brown for allegedly selling meth in Sioux Falls.

Authorities discovered Brown was moving meth from Colorado to South Dakota. That's when they alerted Nebraska State Patrol.

Authorities there found Brown, and arrested him in Grand Island, which is about 95 miles west of Lincoln.

Federal charges are pending.

Sioux Falls police aren't sure if there will also be local charges.
