RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — A vehicle ran over a woman near East Highway 44 and Airport Road on Saturday, August 5th at about 3:30 a.m. (MDT). She was dead on the scene.

The driver of the vehicle reported the incident and remains cooperative.

Law enforcement is working on the identification of the female. She was wearing a green hoodie, black yoga pants and white Crocs shoes.
