BEADLE COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) — A Beadle County jury has found a 33-year old man guilty of raping a child.
Hanson says he ‘snapped’ when he killed Milbank couple, according to court document
German Francisco Ortiz Martinez was convicted of two counts of 1st degree rape. The victim was under the age of 13 and the crimes began in 2017. Ortiz Martinez is in jail, waiting to be sentenced.
