Baseball-Sized Hail In Colorado Monday

Baseball-sized hail demolished cars and hail the size of tennis balls injured a number of people in Colorado Monday.

The storm started a little after 2 p.m. 

There was a lot of damage to houses in Colorado Springs. Homes had windows busted as well as vehicles on the roadway. 

At the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo at least eight people were taken to the hospital due to “trauma from the hail” according to Colorado Springs police.
