SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Four months after a deadly crash, an Allen man is facing federal charges.

47-year-old Llewellyn Running Hawk is accused of involuntary manslaughter, child abuse and driving drunk with a minor in the car.

The November 2022 incident killed Barbara Little Whiteman.
