SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 42-year-old Sioux Falls man is behind bars accused of punching and strangling three children.
Police arrested Cass Long Junior on Sunday afternoon in central Sioux Falls.
Police say there were no serious injuries to the children, and he knew his alleged victims.
Long is charged with kidnapping, child abuse, and assault.
