SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The wiener dogs were off and running at last night’s Stampede hockey game.

This annual race to benefit a local Dachshund rescue non-profit always draws a big crowd at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.

The top two dogs from each heat advanced to the championship, and it was Leddy that would run off with the grand prize.
