LaFleur Files Lawsuit Against Constitution Party of South Dakota, Secretary Of State

News

Another election-related lawsuit has been filed.

Terry LaFleur is suing the Secretary of State, Lora Hubbel, Matt Johnson and several others involved in South Dakota politics.

He claims the Constitution Party of South Dakota held secret meetings to plan a hostile takeover. The lawsuit also says Hubbel and Dan Lederman conspired with the Secretary of State and to keep his name off the November ballot.

LaFleur claims they violated his constitutional rights.  He’s asking for $100 million.
