Wednesday will be a banner day for warm weather fans. For many, temperatures across KELOLAND will be the highest they’ve been in 2019 with many areas seeing 50s and 60s. 

On Tuesday night, fire crews in Bon Homme county battled a fire at a local furniture store in Avon. Photos from the scene show the Power Furniture store fully engulfed. KELOLAND News has reached out to authorities for more details on the fire. 

Authorities in Moody County are looking for suspects that have been stealing road signs and barricades that block flooded roads. KELOLAND’s Max Hofer spoke with the county sheriff about the problems missing barricades can create. 

Also on Wednesday, KELOLAND News will learn more about a water rescue on the flooded Big Sioux River that happened Tuesday. Police will provide more details at police briefing at 10:30 a.m.
