Good morning! This is KELOLAND On The Go, where we provide you with what you need to know in news and weather as you start your day. 

Tuesday’s highs will rebound into the 50s with an increase in west or northwest winds. The weather will be warming starting on Friday along with a change in the dew point, which means the air will have more humidity. 

A repeat sex offender is waking up behind bars this morning as 69-year-old Kenneth Stark was arrested Friday. He has a long history of sexual offenses dating back to 1997. 

In western KELOLAND, officials say the death of a 6-year-old girl in western South Dakota was an accident. She has been identified. 

Big news in Brookings as David Jenkins Jr. announced on Twitter he has requested and been granted his release from SDSU. He averaged nearly 20 points per game and while he may not leave SDSU, he wants to explore his options. 

Floodwaters continue to recede across KELOLAND, but that doesn’t mean all roads are safe to travel. Authorities in Minnehaha and Beadle County have sent out reminders. 

And in Sioux Falls, cleanup of the parks will continue. Parks and recreation director Don Kearney talked about the cleanup plan with KELOLAND’s Dan Santella
