Welcome to Thursday’s KELOLAND On The Go! 

Sunny weather ahead Thursday for most of KELOLAND. Cooler weather and rain chances return next week.

Gravel roads in Lincoln County did not handle the recent rainfall well. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office posted a picture of a truck stuck in the middle of intersection on Wednesday. 

It’s week seven of flooding, and high waters continue to slam homes and businesses around Lake Poinsett. The water isn’t the biggest problem. It’s the wind. 

 The Yankton Sioux Tribal Police are asking for your help to find a seven-year-old girl. Authorities say Aylani Rainbow was last seen leaving Marty Indian School Tuesday afternoon with her biological mother Monica Cournoyer.

A couple schools in the Sioux Falls School District are looking to include dual immersion in their curriculum. KELOLAND’s Max Hofer has the story. 

The catholic school system in Sioux falls announced a big change. The district will now be know as Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools.
