Former Mid-Central Educational Cooperative Director Dan Guericke's criminal record won't be public after Monday's sentencing in what ends the GEAR UP trials.
Guericke pleaded guilty to falsifying evidence in an earlier plea deal. In addition to the suspended imposition, Guericke will pay a $1,000 fee and other costs. His sentence was suspended.
Earlier this year, Stacy Phelps and Stephanie Hubers were found not guilty by juries.
