Rapid Transit System driver tests positive for COVID-19

The Rapid City Municipal Government says that a second Rapid Transit System driver tested positive for COVID-19.

The driver last had a shift with Rapid Transit System on May 16.

Mayor Steve Allender says that the driver was wearing a face mask and practicing social distancing.
