PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — Officials with the South Dakota Department of Health gave a monthly update on COVID-19 in the state.

The DOH announced at the end of April it is shifting away from biweekly briefings to once a month news conferences.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, KELOLAND News has livestreamed updates from local, state and health officials regarding developments.
