Another retailer bites the dust.
Gymboree is filing for bankruptcy protection for a second time, but this time the children’s clothing retailer will begin winding down operations for good.
The San Francisco company says it will close all of its Gymboree and Crazy 8 stores, and it will attempt to sell its Janie and Jack business, intellectual property and online business.
The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls is home to both a Gymboree and a Crazy 8 store.
This news comes one day after Shopko announced it would be closing both of its Sioux Falls locations.
