When deciding on a workout for the day, time can be a factor.
That’s why one local gym offers a full body workout in just 30 minutes.

“They’re always hard just because they’re changing every single day. Then you also have the trainers that are constantly pulling you aside, and doing pad drills with you and then just making it harder,” Amy Elston said.
Elston joined 9Round a few months ago after a friend suggested she try it. She says the results are part of what keeps her coming back.
“My endurance is a lot better. That’s something that I really struggled with just because I only lifted weights before, and then also I’ve become more toned and more lean,” Elston said.
Trainer Corey Tilden says the workout is designed to give you a full-body workout, and you don’t have to be a kick boxing expert to join.
“The normal 9Round workout is basically kick boxing circuit style format mixed in with body weight exercises and dumbbell exercises,” Tilden said.
Trainers say each circuit runs for 3 minutes and consists of 9 rounds.
Once the time is up a bell will signal it’s time to move on to the next circuit. The best part? You don’t have to worry about class schedules at this gym.
“A lot of gyms in town, when they have classes like this they have a lot of set class times. We have no set class time so as long as you pop in a half hour before we close you’re always going to get an amazing workout,” Tilden said.
“So you’re able to come in when works best for your schedule, you know you come in you get that high intensity full body workout and then you’re done,” Elston said.
“It’s very appealing to a lot of parents, especially when their kids, they need to pick them up and they need to be at A, B, and C, especially with sports and their kids being in multiple sports the 30 minute aspect is very appealing,” Tilden said.
All in the matter of a half hour.
