SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Having your child be in an out of the hospital can be difficult on any parent.
For Saige Grav those visits started right when she was born. Saige was born with a condition that left the connection to the esophagus and stomach not attached.
“When they went to suction her, they noticed that they couldn’t pull any saliva or mucus or anything and that’s when they took her to the NICU and that’s when they found the condition,” Brianna Grav said.
Coming up in Thursday’s Eye on KELOLAND, hear more from the Grav family and how Saige has been fighting since day one.
