SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Falls Park will be a popular weekend destination with nice weather in the forecast.
The falls are still roaring from spring flooding upstream. That’s drawing a lot of visitors to check out the scenery. But attendance has been on the rise for years. And those larger crowds are creating some growing pains.
“You’ll go around that parking lot a few times until somebody decides to go. That’s how crowded it gets,” visitor Harvey Serr said.
But the City of Sioux Falls is looking at ways to make Falls Park more user-friendly in the years ahead.
Find out some ideas they’re considering in Friday’s Eye On KELOLAND, at 10.
