The school year is winding down for students in KELOLAND.
Students at McGovern Middle School recently showcased the coding they’ve been working on this semester.
Educators say its a valuable skill that will be a benefit down the road.
“In the future, that’s where most of the jobs will be. It will be somehow connected to technology whether that’s new technology or maintaining the technology we already have,” teacher Amy Miller said.
Students learned a variety of skills, including how to make a webpage and a Jeopardy game.
