Kids in Sioux Falls competed in a national cyber competition. The Cyber Patriot camp started Monday.
During the camp, kids learned how to secure a computer.
Friday, they applied the skills they learned in a national competition. Each kid had a virtual computer they had to secure. The kids got a point each time they did something right.
Steven Thulin went to the camp and says he learned a lot.
“Turns out, I learned more than I ever thought I would. It was really helpful. It was great, amazing. I might even do this as a career in the military,” Thulin said.
This was the first cyber patriot camp held in Sioux Falls.
