On Monday, the Sioux Falls School District could select the site for a new east side middle school.
A committee is recommending land just northeast of 41st Street. and Highway 11. If you’re familiar with the area, it will be just west of a church. This is part of the $190 million bond referendum.
The district is also in the process of building a new high school on the city’s north side.
Administrators hope to have both of the buildings ready for students by the fall of 2021 if possible.
