Deadly Beadle Co. Overdose Case Moves To Federal Court

He’s accused of giving a woman a deadly dose of cocaine and fentanyl, trying to revive her and then leaving to get a pizza.

KELOLAND News first told you about 35-year old Marc Henrisse last summer.  He pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and dealing drugs. Those were state charges. The case has now moved to federal court, which could lead to a harsher sentence.

According to court papers, Henrisse did drugs with Heather Skinner at her Yale, South Dakota, home on June 21, 2018.  The affidavit says Henrisse knew Skinner overdosed and tried to keep her awake and shock her system with ice. The document goes on to say his ride showed up, so he took off. Skinner’s 4-and 6-year-old sons found her body.

Henrisse’s first federal court appearance is on Thursday, February 28 in Sioux Falls.
