Maybe you’ve seen the video on social media of an avalanche hurling snow onto a Colorado interstate on Sunday. KELOLAND Media Group’s Director of Marketing & Creative Services Paul Farmer was nearby on Tuesday.
“We are at, near the Copper Mountain ski resort, so we’re sitting at a Conoco station, along with a lot of other people,” Farmer said. “The interstate was closed at the exit here, so they made everybody get off.”
Farmer says he didn’t see the avalanche. For now, he’s waiting for Interstate 70 to open, and he tells us he’s “just trying to get home to KELOLAND.”
