CBM Managed Services in Sioux Falls has been bought out by another food service company in Minnesota.
Roseville-based Summit Food Service announced the acquistion in a written statement on Thursday. The company says the deal will strengthen its position in the correctional facilities market.
Current CBM Managed Services President and CEO Marlin Sejnoha will remain with the company, which a spokesperson says will operate as normal after the sale.
Summit operates in 30 states at 350 facilities. The correctional division of CBM has about 1,000 employees and serves 200 locations across 29 states.
