The owner of Breadico will be opening a new location in Sioux Falls.
David Napolitano and his dad are opening a wood-fired pizza restaurant along Minnesota Avenue.
Napolitano closed his downtown Sioux Falls location a few months ago.
The new restaurant will be located at 2300 S. Minnesota Avenue, in the same retail center as Ramen Fuji, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Caribou Coffee.
“We want to make an excellent product like we did at Breadico, but we want to make it much more available to people and families. We’re going to be doing dine-in and takeout. Before we were doing so many different things. It will be nice to just focus on having the best pies around,” Napolitano said.
“This is the last tenant for that building. It’s a nice center with good concepts. Slowly, we are seeing some of the older concepts and buildings along Minnesota Avenue being replaced. It’s giving Minnesota Avenue more vibrancy, and it needed that. It was starting to look tired,” Scott Blount with Lloyd Companies said.
The new eatery is set to open within the next couple of months.
