SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — From businesses specializing in eyelash extensions and botox to a new boutique, a new development in southern Sioux Falls is filling up quickly.
Prairie Hills Galleria is a two story mixed-use building at the southwest intersection of 69th Street and Western Avenue.
Construction on the nearly 25,000 square foot building is not expected to be finished until this summer, but the entire second floor is leased.
Tenants include Goosmann Law Firm, a fast-growing, full-service law firm, and ART Vision and ARTisan Skin and Laser Center. Dr. Alison Tendler owns that medical spa, which services include lasers, fillers and a plasma therapy for hair loss.
Only 2,100 square feet is still available on the first floor. A Nebraska-based gastropub, Tavern 180, has already spoken for space, along with national tenant, Amazing Lash, Lloyd Residential Group and Leela and Lavender, a women’s boutique.
All of the businesses are hoping to open around the middle of summer.
