SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — The Singing Boys of Sioux Falls Present a Mother’s Day concert at First Congregational Church. The concert, featuring both secular and sacred selections, begins at 3 p.m. A free-will offering will be taken. Refreshments will follow in the church lobby. First Congregational is located at 300 S. Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls.

The University of Sioux Falls presents a Mother’s Day Choral Concert. The performance is at 4 p.m. at the Jeschke Fine Arts Center.

The Sioux Falls Convention Center is serving a Mother’s Day Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $30 and $12 for children. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Edith Sanford Breast Center.

The Children’s Ministry Team at Asbury United Methodist Church is hosting a free Mother’s Day Carnival from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. All mothers are invited to enjoy refreshments and entertainment in the Fellowship Hall while dads accompany their kids outdoors for carnival games. Asbury United Methodist is located at 2425 S. Western Avenue in Sioux Falls.

The Augustana University Choir is headlining a Hymn Festival honoring the life and ministry of composer Paul Manz. The concert is at 4 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in downtown Sioux Falls.  Admission is free..

The Spring Parade of Homes features more than 80 new homes on display in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Canton and Wentworth. The parade hours are 1-5 p.m. today and next weekend.  All homes are free to tour except the two Feature Homes which are $5 each. The proceeds will go to the Home Builders Care Foundation.

The Sioux Empire Community Theatre presents the musical Oliver! The performance 2 p.m. at the downtown Orpheum Theater. Tickets are $30.

Check out the new works of outdoor art on display for SculptureWalk 2019. There are 59 new sculptures located throughout downtown Sioux Falls. Start your tour at the SculptureWalk Visitor Center in the Washington Pavilion.

Emily’s Hope: Paint the Skies is a celebration of the works of artist Emily Groth, who died of fentanyl poisoning in May of 2018.  Her artwork is on display in the Everist Gallery of the Washington Pavilion through June 2nd. Sunday’s hours are from noon to 5 p.m.

Films playing at the Wells Fargo CineDome at the Washington Pavilion include Backyard Wilderness and America’s Musical Journey.

New movie releases playing at a theater near you include Pokeman Detective Pikachu, rated PG, plus Tolkien, The Hustle and Poms, all rated PG-13.

The Stampede hockey team takes on the Chicago Steel in game-two of the Clark Cup Finals. The puck drops at 5:05 p.m at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. Tickets are available at the KELOLAND Box Office.
