30,000 Bees In Times Square

Times Square was abuzz Tuesday as bees swarmed a hot dog stand, prompting police to shut down the street and call a beekeeper.

According to police, about 30,000 bees gathered on the food cart’s umbrella.

And they don’t know why the bees were attracted to it.

New York police blocked off the street while the department’s beekeeper vacuumed the insects into a bucket.
