1 Hurt In Semi-Truck Vs. Train Crash Near Blunt


U.S. Highway 14 is back open east of Pierre after a semi-truck and train crashed on Thursday.

The South Dakota Department of Public Safety said the crash happened just outside of Blunt at a railroad crossing west of town. One person was injured, but there is no official word on their condition.

By 11 p.m. Thursday night, South Dakota Highway Patrol said the highway was back open.
