Working out… Running… Every day wear and tear. Your body goes through a lot. That can leave you feeling worn out, tired, and in a bit of pain. Thankfully, physical therapists can help you get past that pain.

Granted, it might not always be what you traditionally think of as a type of physical therapy.

That’s why Ashley Thompson recently caught up with Nate LeMaster with Empower U who offers something call “dry needling.” While the thought of needles can be a little intimidating, he says it’s more than worth it, so Ashley decided to try it out.

Ashley is getting closer and closer to race day as she prepares for her first half-marathon.
