Groups around the country are working to make America a more welcoming, and respectful place. But one area that still may have many confused is the world of gender identity and the use of correct pronouns. KELOLAND’s Ashley Thompson identifies as a CIS Woman, and uses the She/Her pronouns. Rachel Polan is a board member on the Sioux Falls Pride Board. They are here today to help us better understand how we can adjust to make sure that we are welcoming to everyone.
