Finding a group of people to exercise with can be great for accountability, but not everyone is able to commit to an in-person group. SDSU Extension is making it easier to get started with a new walking routine, and you can do it all on your own. Hope Kleine, a Health Educaiton Specialist, and Nikki Prosch, a Health & Physical Activity Specialist for SDSU Extension, explain how the “Walk with Ease” program can help you get started with a new walking routine.
