On today’s KELOLAND Living we kicked off our Winter Wednesday activity series with a trip (or two) around the ice rink at Tuthill Park. And if we do say so ourselves, we looked pretty cool…oh wait, maybe we mean cold.
And as if that wasn’t enough exercise, we were joined in the studio by a fitness expert to get a pulse on what the top 2022 fitness trends will be. Check out the link below to make sure you are in the know.
With all this excercise and the cold weather, we decided making a warm and cozy snack was a must! That’s why we tried our hand at a new oatmeal recipe, an oatmeal coffee cake.
Did you know you can microwave your plantar warts off? Ok…it’s not the kind of microwave you find in your kitchen but this new technology can make it fast and relatively painless to remove those woeful warts.
And with January often comes an onslaught of social media dedicated to weight loss, body image, and diets. But how healthy is it for you to look at day in and day out? We sat down with an eating disorder specialist to help navigate through social media feeds that can act as eating disorder triggers.

We’ll be back with an all new KELOLAND Living tomorrow at 2 PM!
If you live in, or are and admirer of any of the historic homes in Sioux Falls, you may want to know more about them. We’re taking you into the archives of the Siouxland Heritage Museums to learn how you can go on your own hunt for historic information about your home. Who doesn’t love the amazingness of a warm gooey lasagna on a cold winter’s night? We’re putting a fresh twist on a new dessert lasagna – a lemon twist that is. And playdough doesn’t have to be just for the kids, we’re making aromatherapy dough to help us all play our stress away. You won’t want to miss tomorrow’s KELOLAND Living.
