Pumpkin spice latte bliss balls Recipe:

2 cups gluten-free oats
1 cup unsalted pecans
1/3 cup Lakanto
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
Five pitted medjool dates
2 tablespoons pure maple
