Oftentimes, many of us are looking to cut back somewhere in our lives–maybe it’s limiting our calorie intake, or not spending as much on that next trip to the mall. Cutting back is often easier said than done. Some people also cutback on alcohol this time of year because they want to re-set and live healthier after the fun of all those holiday gatherings. Ashley Holman is a registered nurse and wellness coach who says, Dry January doesn’t have to end on January 31st. She stopped by to share a few tips on how, and why, we might want to cut back on our alcohol intake any time of the year.
