The holiday season comes with quite a few ups and downs. While some of the highs are the best we feel all year, they can also be accompanied by some of the lowest of the lows as we miss loved ones no longer with us or struggle to get everything done. One aspect that may feel the brunt of it all, is our bodies. We’re being joined by goal and mindset coach, Lisa Thruston.
