So you’ve roasted a beautiful, golden-brown turkey. Congratulations! Now you need to carve it. It’s not as difficult as it might seem: You just need a sharp knife and a steady workstation. And, in our case, a catering pro like Matt Sapari of Riviera Events and Catering in Brandon. Matt has very kindly agreed to walk us through the process and he even brought along a turkey that would have your stomach growling if there were such a thing as “smell-evision.” But since there isn’t, I’m just gonna take one for the team.
