Early Irish-American immigrants probably didn’t foresee the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations of today. You know, those crowds of inebriated people elbowing their way to the bar for another green beer. We don’t think anybody wants to see that. So, today we demonstrated a few ideas for ways to celebrate the holiday that are just as fun and just as green, but much more G-rated.
