Protein Pancake Recipe:
60g banana (about 1/2 of a medium sized banana or 1 small banana)
1/4 cup oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
30g protein powder of your choice (I use PeScience Chocolate Frosted Cupcake)
cinnamon (as much as you’d like)
Finish by topping with whatever you like. Brittany usually uses Chocolate PB2 and sugar free syrup. You can also add fruit of your choice, whipped cream, regular peanut butter and/or chocolate chips.
