With January comes a lot to do with winter: From starting your car to warm up in the morning, to bundling up before you even set foot outside, and making sure the heat stay on in your home. Though the cold might not always be the most welcome, it does mean one thing is also on it’s way, the Sioux Falls Parks and Rec’s Frosty Frolic. Eric Saathoff, the Parks & Recreation’s Recreation Program Coordinator, gives us the low-down on everything happening this weekend to make sure we’re able to frolic in the chilly temps and have plenty of fun.
