Going into the family business isn’t that unusual in today’s business world. Growing up, watching your parents make a career for themselves and build a life for you only makes it natural that some people want to follow in their parent’s footsteps.
Today’s Across the Table Guest is one of those people whose career in real estate was just part of the fruit found on the family tree.
But Kate Patrick’s road to being a realtor didn’t open for her until after she’d bought her own home. And as Ashley Thompson found out when she sat down with her recently at JJ’s Wine, Spirits & Cigars, her mom is only part of the reasons she is so good at her job – and as a mom. But she says she wouldn’t be where she is today without Becky. And now Ashley wants a Becky in my life, too!
