A woman who survived a hit-and-run rollover crash last week is speaking out.

The expectant mother and her husband are asking for help to find the other vehicle involved in the crash at 18th Street and Western Avenue on Friday afternoon.

Police say the woman was driving westbound on 18th Street. As she entered the intersection of Western Avenue on a green light, a red car heading south ran the red light.

Active coronavirus cases continued to drop according to Tuesday’s update from the state Department of Health.

On Tuesday, 81 new cases were reported. The state’s total case count is now at 124,023.

Active cases are now at 448, down from Monday (522). The last time active cases of COVID-19 were in the 400s was April 11, 2020.


The South Dakota High School Baseball class ‘B’ playoffs are underway. A few teams have already punched their ticket to the state tournament.
