I was born and brought up in the city of Strongsville, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. I was raised by two great people, my parents. You will not meet someone with a bigger heart than my Mom, Cindy Castora. And you will not meet a harder worker than my Dad, Jeff Castora. I’m the oldest of my two siblings Tatum and Trey, who I love and miss very much.
I graduated from Kent State University with a degree in journalism. No matter where my life takes me, Kent, Ohio will forever be my favorite place in this world.
I enjoy questions & quotes, writing & journaling, playing connect 4, and doing anything outside, just name it. I very much enjoy listening to thoughts, perspectives, ideas and opinions from others.
There are many things I appreciate about my job, but none more than meeting someone new, taking time to listen and learn of their journey and having the ability to tell their story to show a part of who they are. Its important to recognize the talents, accomplishments or acts of others, and I find a good deal of purpose within myself in being able to do so.
I really enjoy being here in Sioux Falls. I describe it to all my people back home as a “hidden gem”. I’ve met many kind, gifted & unique people so far from the state of South Dakota and I look forward to meeting many more.
