I came to KELOLAND in June 2016 after graduating from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Media & Journalism. I served as the Sports Reporter here at KELO-TV for 2.5 years before I became the Weekend Sports Anchor. I became Sports Director in December 2020.
Though I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, I have many connections to South Dakota with both my parents growing up in Aberdeen, and my grandmother still living there.
Outside of work I enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, playing hockey and of course watching sports, as I patiently wait for the Vikings to win that elusive SuperBowl title.
I enjoy covering games and shooting highlights as well as sharing athlete’s stories. Please send me your story ideas so I can help tell yours.
