LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE OVER THE BLACK HILLS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING, AND THE ADDITIONAL RAIN MAY CAUSE FLOODING. , FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON, THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF SOUTH DAKOTA AND NORTHEAST WYOMING, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS, IN SOUTH DAKOTA, CENTRAL BLACK HILLS, CUSTER COUNTY PLAINS, FALL RIVER, HERMOSA FOOT HILLS, NORTHERN BLACK HILLS, NORTHERN FOOT HILLS, PENNINGTON COUNTY PLAINS, RAPID CITY, SHANNON, SOUTHERN BLACK HILLS, SOUTHERN FOOT HILLS, SOUTHERN MEADE COUNTY PLAINS AND STURGIS/PIEDMONT FOOT HILLS. IN NORTHEAST WYOMING, SOUTHERN CAMPBELL AND WYOMING BLACK HILLS.

* THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

* STORM TOTAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF THE BLACK HILLS. SOME AREAS ALONG THE EASTERN SLOPES OF THE BLACK HILLS, COULD RECEIVE AS MUCH AS 3 INCHES OF RAIN BY MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* SOILS ARE SATURATED AND CREEKS AND STREAMS IN MANY LOCATIONS ARE STILL RUNNING HIGH FROM RECENT STORMS, ESPECIALLY ALONG THE EASTERN SLOPES OF THE BLACK HILLS AND OVER SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. THE ADDITIONAL RAIN MAY CAUSE MORE FLOODING IN THOSE AREAS.
