BRINGING A PERIOD OF MODERATE SNOW TO MUCH OF NORTHEAST WYOMING AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS OVER 40 MPH ARE ALSO EXPECTED OVER MUCH OF SOUTHWEST THROUGH SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. THE COMBINATION OF SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL BRING A PERIOD OF GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES DUE TO BLOWING SNOW LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. GENERALLY 2 TO 4 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED FROM NORTHEAST WYOMING INTO SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* TIMING, LATE THIS EVENING INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* MAIN HAZARD, SNOWFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ALONG WITH NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH MAY PRODUCE GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES DUE TO BLOWING SNOW.

* IMPACTS, TRAVEL MAY BECOME VERY DIFFICULT LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
