Ipswich Girls Race Towards Repeat

Last year the Ipswich girls ended Oldham-Ramona/Rutland's reign as Class B track and field champs in dramatic fashion. The Tigers scored a whopping record 89 points en route to a team title. Many of the Ipswich standouts are back this year including a few more that are hoping to boost that record even higher. With just over 23 kids per grade in Ipswich it's pretty unique the Tigers enter the State B meet ranked first in 11 of 19 events. They're doing a lot of it with youth led by 8th grader Macy Heinz. "There's definitely a little more pressure this year.

The healing power of music has been a viral inspiration to YouTube followers of Zach Sobiech. The Minnesota teen provided a voice of hope to millions through his song titled "Clouds," as he faced a deadly form of bone cancer. Zach died Monday at the age of 18.
