The noise in the decibel debate is getting louder as the residents, musicians, and business owners of downtown Sioux Falls are considering recommending changes to the decades old downtown noise ordinance. This week on Inside KELOLAND business owners want to change the noise ordinance to boost their bottom line, musicians would like to play longer so they can also make more money, but residents of downtown say the noise needs some limits so they can sleep.
